Women's Fiction Author & Storyteller
Born and raised in the Appalachian foothills of Alabama, Beth Anne is a historical fiction writer and storyteller. Her stories explore self-discovery, kinship, and a sense of place, with a hint of romance.
Beth Anne's first short story, "Tracing the Spirit," is available in the award-winning anthology Feisty Deeds: Historical Fictions of Daring Women. Her second short story, "A Whispered Miracle" is now available in Feisty Deeds: Historical Tales of Batches and Brews.
Her story, "Cucumbers on the Carport," was featured on NPR's The Sundial Writers Corner in summer 2025.
Hidden in the Hills of Tennessee
The graveyard without a church is located in the hills of Southern Middle Tennessee. Hills that are part of the Southern Appalachians and so sharply sloped that it’s a miracle cows can stay vertical while grazing.
